If you haven't heard about Theo Adams, you better now. Known as one of the underground clubkid/performing artist, The O a.k.a Theo Adams is finally getting recognized by the world.

A self-taught, only 20 year old director, performer and visionary. A flesh collaboration with acclaimed photographer David Sims and W Magazine, his newly formed company of talented and passionate dancers, musicians, artists and performers traveling from London to Tokyo to realize their ambitious project to date.

“In the spotlight, your tears glow like glitter.
Be a superstar in the chorus.
Step forward, and Cry Out.
(Applause).”

The production is entirely self funded, managed and motivated. This new generation of interdisciplinary collaborators provide an uncompromised vision that is as exciting, artistic and powerful as it unusual.

Cry Out is the new theatrical production from the Theo Adams Company. This powerful performance tears apart ballads, classical scores, queer cabaret and expressionist dance to create a truly 21st Century spectacle. Matthew Stone is in charge of the projections! (remember the guy who came with Gareth Pugh DJing at Zouk KL?)

Cry Out will be performed in cities across the globe. Hope we get a chance to experience this amazing piece of work.

The World Premiere of “CRY OUT” will take place on the 30th November 2009 at the Za Koenji Theatre in Tokyo, Japan.
